AJ Blair

AJ Blair lives in Dayton, Iowa, with his wife Kellie and two children. AJ and Kellie both grew up on century farms that focused on conservation practices. Today, they have a diversified farming operation, raising corn and soybeans, along with cattle and hogs. Blair graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Agricultural Business. He served 7 years on the board of directors for the Iowa Soybean Association (ISA). Over the past 8 years, he has participated in many farm trials with ISA’s On-Farm Network. With an increased understanding through research, the Blairs focus on continuous improvement to take care of the land they farm.
