Chris Hay
Co-Lead, Conservation Drainage Working Group
Chris Hay is a Senior Environmental Scientist with the Iowa Soybean Association (ISA) Environmental Programs and Services team. He is responsible for leading scientific research efforts, providing technical assistance to field planning/experimental operations, and outreach programs on conservation drainage. Hay has more than 25 years of experience in agricultural water management and water quality in academia, consulting, industry, and government. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Agricultural and Bioresource Engineering from Colorado State University. He earned his doctorate in Agricultural and Biological Systems Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
