Todd Sutphin
Member, Conservation Drainage Working Group
Todd Sutphin serves as the Senior Operations Manager for the Environmental Programs and Services (EPS) at the Iowa Soybean Association (ISA) and has been on staff for 16 years.
In this position, Todd interacts with the EPS team on day-to-day basis to plan and resolve challenges with project implementation and logistics. He also provides oversight and management of watershed planning, assessment, and monitoring activities; outreach to producers and other watershed stakeholders; water monitoring design, installation, operations, and reporting; and watershed project implementation and evaluation.
Before coming to ISA in 2002, he served as a Planner for MSA Professional Services, Baraboo, Wisconsin; an Outreach Specialist and GIS/Planning Consultant at the Land Information and Computer Graphics Facility, University of Wisconsin-Madison; and as an Environmental Specialist for Professional Service Industries, Lawrence, KS.
Todd is a native of Iowa, and grew up in the Des Moines metro area. He received his Bachelors degree in Environmental Science from the University of Kansas, and a Masters degree in Land Use/Environmental Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
